DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Independence Day with the Skippack Historical Society and be part of a day filled with community\, history\, and tradition. \nWalk with us in the parade as it travels east on Skippack Pike through Skippack Village. We’ll have a wagon in the parade\, and we welcome anyone interested in walking with us or helping decorate—sign up to join the fun. \nAt 1:00 PM\, take part in the Houses of Declaration with Skippack Playcrafters\, featuring a public reading of the Declaration of Independence\, there will be refreshments and character experiences. \nhttps://www.playcrafters.org/ \nThe day concludes with fireworks at dusk (around 9:00 PM) in Palmer Park near Skippack Elementary School. \nMore details to follow.
